I started off as a concert pianist but found my calling behind a different kind of keyboard.
I’m a freelance writer with a diverse background in the arts and sciences. I write grants and articles for institutes of higher education and non-profits. I’m dedicated to working for innovative organizations that are interested in creating social change.

My journalism experience includes working as an editor at the Ithaca Times, an environmental reporter at WBUR, and a writer for Center for Science in the Public Interest. After I made the move to develpment writing, I coordinated and crafted grants for a number of organizations, including The Trevor Project and the University of California at Santa Cruz.
I’m currently working with new clients on a few exciting projects. I’ll be able to post about them soon.
I hope you will reach out if you are interested in working with me or if you have any related inquiries. I’m located in the Bay Area and primarily telecommute. You can also visit me on LinkedIn.
